Welcome to a calming beach getaway! This perfectly situated ground floor 2 bedroom condo has all the amenities for a short weekend escape or a longer stay to work.

Take advantage of the community pool, take a quick drive or bike ride to the beaches a few miles away, go dining at the many highly rated restaurants and breweries, or go shopping at Tanger outlets!

- The address is 34670 Villa Circle, Lewes, DE 19958 and the neighborhood is called "Bay Crossing".
- Just off of Coastal Highway, near US Hwy 9 which goes to Lewes Beach and Cape Henlopen State Park.
- East of Route 1
- 3.5 miles to Lewes Beach, 5 miles to Rehoboth Beach, 1 mile to Tanger outlets!

The Condo:
- The apartment is located on the ground floor (no stairs).
- The apartments faces the back of the building. You can't hear road traffic, but during summer you can sometimes hear people in the pool.
- There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the apartment accommodates 5 guests.
- The condo was updated in 2022.
- Linens, bathroom towels, beach towels and paper products are provided to make your planning easy!
- The internet is high-speed with download speed of 347.5 Mbps, and upload speed 9.57 Mbps.
- There is central heat/AC as well as ceiling fans in each room.

The Bedrooms:
- The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower.
- The master bedroom has a standing desk and office chair for you to use in case you need to study or work during your stay.
- The second bedroom has one twin bed and one full bed and has direct access to a bathroom with a bathtub.

Living Room:
- There is a SmartTV so you can log in with your own logins to your favorite streaming channels.
- Some puzzles and games are provided for you to enjoy.
- There is a private covered patio to enjoy your favorite beverage or read a book off the living room.

Kitchen:
- A full kitchen with coffee machine and Keurig, kettle, toaster, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
- Dinnerware, flatware, pots/pans, cutting boards, sharp knives etc all provided if you want to cook your own meals.

Laundry:
- In-suite laundry and dryer

Great place to stay

This place was very clean and worked we for my family of 5. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. Pool was right by the condo. Would recommend.

Great place

Our family had an great stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. It was in a good location, as it was only a short drive to most places. Having the pool pretty much right outside our door was fantastic.
