The apartment runs over two levels: on the lower level there is the living room with an integrated kitchenette, the guest toilet and the approx. 14 m² large, east-facing balcony. Here, the beautiful and high-quality seating invites you to an extensive holiday breakfast. And in summer this can last until the afternoon because the sun is shining here. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the upper floor of the apartment.
Living and cooking
A lot of daylight falls into the living room through the floor-to-ceiling windows. A separate dining area and sitting area provide enough opportunities to relax in a sociable group. The integrated kitchen unit is fully equipped with high-quality branded appliances and gives the counter a very special atmosphere. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes walk from the beach. The famous rhododendron park with its unique variety of plants is only a few steps away (approx. 100 meters). The town center with its numerous shops and restaurants is in the immediate vicinity.

The shared washing machine can be used for holiday laundry for a fee. Particularly practical: an elevator leads directly from the underground car park to the apartment level. From 2018, WiFi can be used free of charge.

Description of the bedrooms:

In the larger bedroom there is a double bed (2.00mx 1.60m) with high quality mattresses and a spacious wardrobe for the holiday wardrobe. Older people are happy about the lack of a foot-end limitation. In the second bedroom there are two single beds (2.00mx 0.80m each) and a wardrobe. The rooms can be darkened by blinds.

There is a bathroom on both floors of the apartment: the separate guest toilet on the lower living level and the larger bathroom on the upper floor. This has a nice shower with a low entry and a heated towel rail.

Our tips
A popular destination for our guests is the Aquadrom, a beautiful leisure pool with various water and sauna worlds as well as its own wellness area. The apartment is also ideal as a starting point for bike tours, e.g. B. in the neighboring Ahrenshoop on the Darß or to the hunting lodge Gelbensande in the Rostock Heath.
