Secluded getaway for anyone looking to unwind and relax while enjoying the beauty that upstate NY has to offer. This cozy cabin like home is immaculate & is situated on 3+ acres, w/ a creek & breathtaking views from every window. Soaring ceilings w/skylights, extremely light, bright & inviting. R&R is what you will get here & it will steal your heart. Oxford is very small, quiet, quaint & historical village with a lot of charm and is centrally located near colleges, wineries, waterfalls & more.

This custom built Cedar A-Frame home is perfection and is the prime choice for your year-round getaway. Walking distance to Lafayette Park and historical village of Oxford. Every Saturday (during the summer months) there is a Farmers Market with local vendors and live music. Or join in on the Monday night Trivia game at the Stadium Restaurant.

You'll find everything you need within a quick drive, including dining, shopping, golfing, colleges, and outdoor hiking spots. Centrally located near many colleges, wineries, and waterfalls

LIVING AREA
New 50" smart TV (streaming - no cable) guests will log in with their information and comfortable newer chenille sectional sofa and beautiful views from the soaring atrium windows.

KITCHEN & DINING
Open kitchen, equipped with full coffee station, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, large island, and ample counter space. Large dining table that seats 6.

OFFICE SPACE
Designated for working. Equipped with a desk, chair, table lamp, wireless printer, pens and copy paper. Wi-fi mesh router upgraded 2021.

BED & BATH
Sleep 4 guests. Primary bedroom is an open loft on the second level with two skylights and large windows. Extremely bright in the mornings. Eye masks are provided. If you are a stargazer, the clear nights will be perfect. Overlooks the great room and has magnificent views. There is a portable room divider if you desire a little extra privacy. Newer QUEEN platform bed, with memory foam mattress, full size dresser and two night stands. The upgraded en-suite bathroom has a separate vanity area, private toilet & beautiful walk-in shower.

The secondary bedroom has a newer KING platform bed with Tuft & Needle memory foam mattress and two night stands. An adjacent large & fully updated bathroom also has a walk-in shower.

(Both bedrooms offer a place to prop up your suitcase:)

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
This home sits on 3.22 acres and offers plenty of room for lawn games. You could even fire up the new Webber grill and dine on the front patio while watching the sunset, beautiful variety of colorful birds and roaming wildlife.

GAME ROOM:
The heated & carpeted basement includes; electronic basketball hoop, ping pong table, putting green, air hockey table, electronic dart board, LED lights and game table with a variety of games.

Guest access
You can get around the neighborhood by walking or driving. Oversized pavestone driveway is plenty big enough for four cars.

THREE THINGS REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING
1) $500 deposit required.
2) Valid License or Passport required to be sent to host prior to check in.
3) House agreement to be signed by all guests over 18 - prior to check in.

Travel insurance is highly recommended as there is a strict cancellation policy.

Home is on septic & well water.

Home is located within the village limits however it is still considered a rural area, so there are wildlife animals that love to hang out around the house. I’ve seen lots of deer, squirrels, beautiful colorful birds, a few wild turkeys, chipmunks, skunks, etc.
