About this property

Location, location! Our neighborhood is quiet, yet a short walk to the action of Atlantic Avenue with its amazing restaurants, shops, and galleries. This home has been recently renovated and has brand new appliances. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twins. The kitchen is stocked for those delicious vacation meals. Washer/dryer are in the unit and the BBQ is in the backyard. Netflix and Amazon Prime video are available (no cable). Very close to train tracks.

Parking is available in the driveway and street (free).

Super quiet residential neighborhood, yet walking distance to all the excitement of the avenue!

We recommend taking advantage of the free ride service that the town of Delray Beach provides within the downtown area, including our home.

The home is near the railroad tracks so the vibration of the train can be felt. There is no train whistle at night.

Last minute cancellation

The owner cancelled our reservation the day before check-in. I had booked seven months prior and had numerous communications with her, as recent as a month before. She claims it was a software glitch and she didn’t realize she had another booking the same exact days! A little hard to believe! I had made the reservation for two family members attending my daughter’s wedding. Just added unnecessary stress to an already stressful time three days before the wedding! We had to put them in a hotel and pay twice as much! Horrible experience! VRBO should remove this property!
