Here everything is close together and you can walk from your holiday home in a few minutes to the bakery, supermarket, restaurant, savings bank and cafe. A holiday without a car is certainly possible. You can walk to the Brockenbahn train station in just over 10 minutes. If you miss something, you can drive to Wernigerode or Braunlage in a few minutes.
