The natural stone house, modernly and tastefully renovated in 2019, is located on a small Breton property with two residential units. The big plus is the private, secluded sun patio where you can enjoy pleasant al fresco dining. Inside, your holiday home offers excellent comfort with a well-equipped kitchen, a bright living room, 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The small property is on the outskirts of Pont-l'Abbe, near the picturesque fishing and bathing resort of Loctudy.Pont-l'Abbe is the capital of the culturally rich Bigoudenland at the mouth of the river of the same name. The town attracts many tourists because of its central location, its castle and its countless nice boutiques, creperies and restaurants. From here you can quickly reach the popular fishing and bathing resorts of the Pays Bigouden: Loctudy, Lesconil, Le Guilvinec and Penmarch with its huge natural beach, La Torche, which is also known as one of the best surfing spots in France.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Youth groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. No dog allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Common entrance of the 2 residential units on a closed property with several uninhabited outbuildings.
