About this property

Have fun at this stylish place sitting on 4 acres of private, wooded property that is beautifully landscaped with a heated/saltwater pool, small pond, fire pit, outdoor dining, and grill.

This home is well stocked with everything you need to stay in and relax. It’s also close to many cute towns with fine dining restaurants, wine bars, farmers markets, orchards, skiing, hiking etc. There is even a local farm stand right on the corner of the street!

The house is outfitted with lots of amenities for those traveling with kids. Just pack your clothes!

*3 night minimum for long weekends.

The space
Main floor has laundry, half bath, kitchen, dining room with adjoining play room, den with fireplace, and a very large + bright TV room. Second floor has two main bedrooms and a kids bedroom with trundle bed + crib. There's one full bathroom in the hall and an additional en suite bathroom in the primary bedroom.

Outdoors you'll find a large deck for al fresco dining, lower level patio with fire pit + Adirondack chairs, pond, and our fenced in pool area to enjoy in the warmer months.

Please do not leave any trash outside or by the pool. Our neighborhood mama bear lives close by. Also no shoes in the house please.

Renter Beware - You Won’t Want to Leave!

Nestled in a quiet area, this home has all of the amenities with plenty of room for kids to play and parents to relax. The playroom with toys and books kept the kids busy while the adults were able to sit and enjoy the large fireplace. The home is furnished beautifully and was incredibly clean. Neesha answered every question we had prior to our stay and anticipated our every need traveling with three young children. We’re simply blown away by the experience - don’t pass this home up!

Why they chose this property

This property feels secluded, but is less than 15 min from downtown Kingston, 20 min from Woodstock, and less than 20 minutes from many other cute upstate towns. You can access orchards, breweries, hikes, farms, skiing and amazing restaurants very easily from here. The house itself is beautifully appointed with good quality everything. You'll feel like you're at home!
