Nice terrace with seating, parking space. 5 minutes walk to the Noctalis - world of bats, open air theater and the city center. The large lake Segeberger, bathhouse and miniature golf are also within walking distance.

Innenstadtnähe toll für die Karl May Festspiele

Eigentlich okay nur war die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber. Im Badezimmer war der Läufer schmutzig, ein langes schwartes Haar klebte an dem Fliesen und das Zustellbett ( Schrankbett) war eingestaubt und der Bettschrank von innen mit Spinnenweben eingewoben. Alles roch nach Haustier. Wir haben uns dann mit Lufterfrischern Abhile geschaffen. Die Nähe zu den K.M. Festspielen rechtfertigt den Preis aber dann bitte sauber.
