A staircase leads down the hall to the roof lounge, which also has a cozy living area. In the cool season you can enjoy relaxing hours with a sea view at the pellet stove (automatic). From here you have direct access to the loggia with lounge furniture and a fantastic sea view.
Both living rooms are equipped with a large television and sound bar.
