** Covid-19 update: Per legal requirement (Governor Desantis Executive Order) you also agree not to host any gathering with more than the total occupancy of this property. By law, if you do not respect this rule, we will have all rights to evict you without any right for compensation. And you would put yourself at risk of being reported to the police at any time by neighbors or the HOA. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.

Alston Family vacation

I, along with my family was thrilled with your lovely, spacious, and beautifully decorated home. There was enough space for everyone and the location was perfect, we didnt have to travel very far to popular attractions, grocery stores, and we could walk to target, which was a plus! The resort was beautiful and entertaining for the entire group. Having our own private pool/jacuzzi was a luxury, the kids loved it as well as the adults!! Whenever we visit Florida we would definitely want to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Amazing

This property was so nice. It was clean, close to everything we were going for, and convenient. Target is sooo close that we walked there for the things we needed and because there were A LOT of us, we did some shopping for necessities (Toilet paper, paper plates, napkins, forks, etc). The grill was a little small but we did make use of it. We left some things (charcoal, etc) in case the next renter's wanted to use it. But with Covid, not sure if the cleaning people took it and/or threw it out. Definetly, a nice place to be at. We thought the weather was going to be warmer and didn't get the heating done BEFORE we got there, so now we know.
