Convenient & Spacious
This bungalow at the dead end of a street is a convenient location to StPete’s & Gulfport & nearby beaches. And a short walk around the block there is a nice coffee shop & a few small shops. The house is roomy & the kitchen has all we needed for our 5 night stay. Decor is a bit dark & dated but the bedrooms are comfortable & the three bathrooms made it easy for 4 adults to get up & get ready & get out each morning. The washer & dryer are a great convenience too. The only small issue we had is that because the house was built in the early 1900’s, there are not many accessible outlets for charging electronic devices in the bedrooms. On the other hand, because it is an old bungalow, we found the house & the back yard with a fire pit & fairy lights quite charming!

Not As Described
The listing describes a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom property. In the primary house the 3 bedrooms share one bathroom. Our guests had to pass through our bedroom to access the shared bathroom. That bathroom also only had a tub, no shower. The 2nd bathroom in the primary house is in a hallway. It did have a shower, but the bathroom wasn’t large enough to accommodate everyone. The 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom are in an ancillary building. There was no bed in this 4th bedroom, only a pullout sofa. This was not what we expected for the price. We checked out after the first night. Our checkout was later than the required checkout, so it was technically a 2 day stay. We told the host we were not satisfied and we found alternative accommodation. We suggested that the host refund the fee, except for the first 2 days of the reservation. The host declined and suggested we pay more attention to the photos the next time we book with VRBO. Without a floor plan it is not possible to understand the ensuite is shared by 3 bedrooms and the 4th bedroom is really a TV room with a pullout sofa. We will not book with VRBO again.

Gem of a house in historic st Pete neighborhood!
Funky, eclectic, and comfortable house. We had 8 adults stay and it was perfect for what we needed - multiple hang out spots, big kitchen table, and plenty of parking. The front porch and back yard area were also fun cozy spots. The house is very conveniently located with restaurants and coffee shops right down the street and walking to downtown st Pete/ the pier was easy. Communication was great, the host was available if needed and check in/ out was an easy process. Would definitely stay again and recommend to any group visiting st Pete!
