Casa Colonia, designed in a Mediterranean style, is located at KM 6 of the Manga. The house is on the shore of the Mar Menor, the Mediterranean Sea is 300 m away. The newly renovated villa is quiet but centrally located and has modern facilities. Bars, cafés and restaurants, small shops for daily needs as well as 2 pharmacies and the Centro de Salud are within walking distance.

The spacious and light-flooded holiday home invites you to relax and unwind on 145 m2 of living space. Ideal for families and friends who want to experience a carefree holiday. Due to the excellent W-LAN quality, the house is also suitable for working in the home office.

There are 3 bedrooms (with double beds) and 2 bathrooms (with bath/shower). One of the bedrooms plus bathroom is located separately in the annex. The new kitchen offers best appliance comfort (among others 2 fridge-freezers, induction cooker, oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave). Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, clothes horse and cleaning utensils.

The spacious living area with fireplace is divided into a couch landscape with TV and a dining area with seating for 6. Our fibre optic connection offers top W-LAN throughout the house. All living rooms and bedrooms have new air-conditioning units that cool in summer and can be used for heating in winter.

The sheltered courtyard convinces with a total of 3 sun terraces (with garden furniture and deck chairs), a barbecue, a large pool and an outdoor shower. The garden shows itself in its full splendour with old olive trees, palms, lemon trees, hibiscus, oleander, cacti and much more.

Only 30 metres to the Mar Menor beach and 300 metres to the Mediterranean Sea. La Manga is a tongue of land between two seas.
The large inland body of water, the Mar Menor, invites you to enjoy a variety of water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing, canoeing, water skiing, sailing, diving or snorkelling. Bathing and swimming are also highly recommended due to the high salt content and warm temperatures in summer.

The Mediterranean Sea is only a few minutes' walk away and offers a fantastic 20 km long fine white sandy beach. During the summer months, it is possible to have a cold drink and a snack in one of the chiringuitos (beach stalls).

The private flat in the upper part of the house is used at times. Should your stay overlap with that of the landlords, your privacy will still be maintained. In this case, the house owners will be happy to assist you with secret insider tips for the Manga and the Murcia region.
