New, sparkling clean condo facing Tampa Bay

My husband and I stayed a month in this lovely 3-bedroom condo. Everything is brand new and super clean! The beds are very comfortable and the furnishings are great! The kitchen is very well-equipped and ideal for cooking in, if that appeals to you. The lanai can seat six for dinner and has an outstanding view of Tampa Bay. We saw dolphins and several species of beautiful birds. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and bikes come with the rental. The condo is in a mid-sized neighborhood with plenty of parking and access to several pools. Sport courts are a very quick walk away. The owners are very communicative and friendly and responded quickly to any questions. A gem of a condo!

Peaceful Paradise

Our first time on Anna Maria Island. How lucky we were to find a wonderful place. We stayed a month and didn't want to leave. The condo is bright clean and spacious. Stocked with everything you can imagine you would need. Woke up every morning to a beautiful view of the Gulf from the patio . Condo Area is quiet and well maintained. People we met were friendly. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub within the complex. Close to the beach, restaurants, and the community center. Couldn't have asked for a better host. Very responsive. Checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Perfect Condo

This gorgeous condo is located in a peaceful setting. The condo has been completely updated with anything you could possibly need, We were often amazed by the wildlife in the bay that was a few feet from the balcony. The condo is located a short walk to the trolley that operates on Anna Maria Island and about a half mile walk to the beach. Perfect.

Amazing Place

This Holmes Beach Condo is amazing! Very clean, very new and looks even better in person than the pictures. The owners are very nice and went over and above to provide anything we needed. It is located in a quiet location with amazing views of the Bay and the best sunrises every morning and a very short walk to the beach as well. Pools, pickleball, biking, you name it, it is all very easy from here. I highly recommend this!
