This tucked away but very convenient, safe place is on top of a hill with extremely quiet and secluded in Pasadena. So far away from LA noise, yet so close to City life. 24hr access to gated free parking right in front of your own private entrance. Beautiful, quiet, safe and fancy neighborhood is perfect for watching sunrise and sunset while looking for downtown. 5 minutes to Ralphs, Whole Foods, restaurants, 210 freeway. Our place is famous for Christmas decorations and New Year rose bowl parade.

Located in beautiful, Safe and quiet Hasting Ranch, Pasadena. While this spacious room is attached to the main house with 24hr gated home with a clicker in and out, it's as private as you'd want it to be. You have your own independent entrance, and it's situated in a way that makes it really feel like your own space. This room has its own courtyard in front of its own totally independent entrance, big closet and a big private bathroom with nice marble decorations. Very safe, quiet and beautiful environment. Very close to many good restaurants, supermarkets such as Whole Foods, Ralphs, Caltech, PCC, old town etc... The environment here is quiet and beautiful. You will relax and enjoy your time here! Away from the City Noise but still close enough for City Life! If you want to come to our backyard to overlook the City and the beautiful Mountain View, we will be more than happy to show you! No Jacuzzi! Enjoy your stay!

Nice room

Room was clean and spacious. The host was very nice. It was a little tricky to find the house but the host gave good directions. Parking was a little crowded but safe and secure. Only one downside, one of the neighbors did have a rooster. But I would definitely book this room again.

The property was not as advertised. I did not stay any of the nights as I did not feel safe. My daughter and her friend saw the property with me and insisted I stay somewhere else as they were afraid for my safety. There were several people there that we saw as we walked to the room which made me uncomfortable. Our host also spoke almost no english. Might have felt differently if I hadn't been alone.

This is a very nice room, with a comfortable bed, in a very desirable neighborhood. Security is excellent. Communication with the host was very good. We would definitely stay here again. Overall rating based upon ultimate quality & luxury. It is really nice.
