Welcome to "Sailing Happiness" .. this apartment lets in a lot of light through the large window front and is the only apartment in the category with two balconies. The comfortably furnished studio on the subject of sailing captivates with the new, modern kitchen and the great view of the Baltic Sea.

All pictures are sample pictures taken in the hotel and show a sample studio. The renovation of the apartment is in full swing and we look forward to showing current pictures of this apartment soon.

You will immediately feel at home in this apartment. The sea is only 30m from the balcony. The studio offers everything you need to leave everyday life behind. A combined living and sleeping area with an open small and modern kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle, as well as a clean, functional bathroom (renovation project winter 20/21) is available in this individual studio. A cozy bunk with a 1.20m wide bed offers space for the third person. Each studio with us is lovingly and individually furnished.
The sea-view balcony is sure to become your favorite spot from where you can watch the boats sail. Relax in our in-house swimming pool and sauna or visit our play area for young and old for a bit more action.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
