This detached villa has a 1500 m2 garden and is situated in a panoramic position above Izola in the small hamlet of ?ared. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf of Trieste and the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. The spaciousness and comfort of the house provide a comfortable setting for a relaxing stay, both indoors and outdoors. For those interested in music, there is a concert piano and an acoustic guitar in the house. On the second floor there are bedrooms and next to the main house there is an additional facility with a large bedroom, a living room and an entertainment area.
In the courtyard there is a large terrace and garden, complemented by a beautiful pool, a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and many sports and children's facilities. A large dog house is also provided for your four-legged friends. In agreement with the owner, who produces olive oil and wine, it is also possible to purchase regional products.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed.

Silent location in the hills: a beautiful hideaway

It was a wonderful house though a bit cold for the season (end of April). Breathtaking views of Isola and the bay of Trieste! Hot water boiler needs more tweaking and the jacuzzi didn't function. But the location is a gem, the facilities are abundant and the owners are very trustworthy.
