The luxury studio shares a half-acre lot with a detached 3-bedroom home in a quiet mature neighborhood. The studio is spacious and was recently updated. Enjoy time outside while relaxing on a large private patio. The studio is less than 5 minutes from Hwy 249 which then puts you 10-20 minutes from Magnolia, Tomball, and The Woodlands. We look forward to hosting you and are happy to answer any questions.

The luxury studio is spacious inside and out. It is conveniently located just 10 minutes from old Magnolia and Tomball and about 20 minutes from The Woodlands and the Texas Rennesainse Festival. There are a lot of shopping and dining options nearby including a weekly Farmer's Market in Old Tomball.

The kitchen has all your cooking essentials.

The laundry room is located in the walk-through closet adjoining the bathroom.

The patio is spacious (10x20') and includes a table and chairs with an additional 2 Adirondack chairs for relaxing.

There is a detached three-bedroom home that shares a driveway and some backyard space; there is a partial privacy fence that divides the outdoor dining areas (both dwellings have their own deck/patio).

If you need anything during your stay we will do our best to accommodate you as we are nearby.

The neighborhood is small and consists of one street approx. 1 mile long. Since it is located on a dead-end street it is quiet and without a lot of traffic.

Holiday Stay Convenience

Spent two weeks at this location. Though accurately listed as a studio apartment, this apartment was spacious, well laid out, and very clean. There was nothing we needed that was not available. We would be happy to, and probably will, stay in this apartment again. The temps were chilly while we were there, and the heater was too noisy to run at night. There was no heat in the bathroom.

Lovely cottage

Cozy cottage, close enough to the highway for easy access but not so close it's noisy. A great getaway at a wonderful price.
