House Germania- Sylter beach grass:
2-room non-smoking apartment, approx. 39 m² on the 2nd Floor on the east side with loggia 7.7 m². The comfortable living room has a single sofa bed (1.20 x 1.97 m), a dining area, cable flat-screen TV, hi-fi system, CD player. The bedroom has a double bed (width 1.80 m x length 1.90 m with foot section) with two single mattresses. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator with a 3-star compartment, coffee machine, and electric milk frother. Kettle and toaster are part of the basic equipment. The bathroom has a shower, a vanity, a towel dryer and a toilet. A parking space belongs to the apartment. Bicycle storage, shared laundry room and elevator are available in the house. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. WiFi available.

Haus Germania is centrally located, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, the spa promenade, the Syltness Center and the Sylter Welle leisure pool. Shops of all kinds are in the immediate vicinity.   A washing machine and dryer are available in the house for communal use. A passenger elevator is available. Parking spaces are located directly at the house. Unfortunately we can only allow smoking on the balcony. Unfortunately pets are not allowed.  

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
