House Reich Apartment 4This very spacious, bright apartment extends over the entire ground floor of the house and can accommodate up to 6 people. The heart of the apartment is the friendly, bright living room. Divided into two merging parts, it has a dining and a living area. A dining table with 6 chairs also offers larger groups enough space to eat together. You can then make yourself comfortable in the cozy seating area. For a special relaxation there is a wellness lounger and a fireplace that ensures pleasant temperatures on cold days. From the living area you can access your own terrace. The separate kitchen offers everything you need to cook at home. If you prefer to cook in company, there is also a table and two chairs for you. In addition to the fridge, stove with oven and dishwasher, there is a cleaning cabinet in the kitchen that stores everything you don't always want to see. For detailed kitchen equipment please see our equipment list for apartment 4. Bedroom 1Bedroom 1 is the largest bedroom in apartment 4. It has a hydraulically adjustable double bed, which enables a safe and comfortable bedtime even for handicapped people. Bedrooms 2 and 3The apartment has two further bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed made of pine wood. Of course you will find wardrobes, bedside tables with bedside lamps, and pretty rattan armchairs as seating in all three bedrooms. The bathroom apartment 4 has two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms goes directly from bedroom 1 and has the usual equipment, including two sinks and a bathtub. The other bathroom can be accessed from the corridor and has a sink, toilet and shower. Terrace & garden On sunny days you can have your meals together on your own terrace or just relax here. In addition to garden furniture, an island-typical beach chair is available here. On the back is the garden, which can be used by all house guests. Here you have a beach chair, garden furniture and sun loungers.

Welcome to the Reich House! Our beautiful holiday home is located in Westerland in a quiet residential area. From here you can easily walk to the beach and the center of Westerland by bike.   In our typical red clinker brick building we house four pretty holiday apartments.   Apartment 1 and apartment 2 are located on the first floor. Each can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Our garden bungalow, apartment 3, offers 2 people a small, cozy holiday home. Apartment 4 is on the ground floor and can accommodate 6 people. All four apartments have a private outdoor area. In addition, the house is surrounded by a lovingly designed garden, here too all our holiday guests are welcome to stay and relax a little. Children and children are very welcome with us. Small children and babies before their third birthday live with us free of charge. You can pre-order a baby bed with bed linen and a high chair from us. Dogs are warmly welcome in Haus Reich - only after prior agreement. A dog costs € 10 per night. There is also a popular dog beach near Haus Reich. Tourist tax Since 2010 we Sylt vacation apartment owners have been obliged to issue the guest cards (tourist tax) for our tenants and to collect the fee for this. The visitor's tax is € 3.20 per guest (from 18 years) and overnight stay from May-October and € 1.60 per night from November-April. The city tax is collected on behalf of and for the account of the municipality. Your spa cards will be given to you when you hand over the keys. Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
