THIS PROPERTY IS LIKE A DUPLEX!!!!

Not a whole home rental and price reflects this!

Check in is 6pm but it is usually ready earlier and I will text as soon as it is available to check in. Relax with the whole family at your Zion Getaway
Your space is COMPLETELY PRIVATE and separate from the owner that lives in a separate space within the home. 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with a small living room and kitchenette. Private entry and free state park passes for Sand Hollow and quail creek.

3 bedrooms, living room, KITCHENETTE and bathroom are UPSTAIRS and one bedroom,bathroom and laundry room downstairs.

Even a foosball coffee table to entertain the kids and adults as well while taking a break from the amazing scenery the area has to offer.
Follow the path to your private little backyard hideaway with a bbq grill, picnic table and a propane fire table for your enjoyment!
Sorry but there is no garage access.

Perfect 1/2 spot between hurricane and St. George. Everything was great. Neighbors dog was an annoying early morning alarm clock.

About as close to Sand Hollow as you can get! Hosts were great, the place was clean and comfortable, in a nice neighborhood. Couldn't ask for more!

This is located in a neighborhood and the owner does live on the property. We loved how close it was to sand hollow, and the option to use the state pass to get into the park for the day! Shane was very responsive and a great host! Thank you again for a great stay! Our boys LOVED the foosball table too!

What makes this property unique

My home is shared with guests and myself but is completely separate and private from each other with no shared space for your privacy and mine. You get a great location with privacy but at a much lower price point than many other homes in the area!
