Cycling and walking trails as well as hiking and Mountain tours can be started directly from the house, to the Chiemsee with a steam jetty you have a boat connection to the women's and men's island, but you can also book tours of the Chiemsee around the whole lake. In a few minutes you can reach the town center with various shops, cafes, pharmacy and medical center, family indoor pool "BernaMare" with a large sauna world, in the beautifully quiet park, the Kneipp facility and mini golf course, the climbing hall and the tennis and squash facility with restaurants. The apartment has a kitchen with dining area, the living room and bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and digital satellite TV. The bathroom is equipped with a bath / shower, toilet, washing machine, iron and ironing board. We have a small restaurant on the ground floor! We look forward to your visit with us! :)
