On the first floor you will find a large size living room and dining room with a full dining table and pull out couch (full size bed). The kitchen is equip with what you’ll need to make any simple/basic cooking. The half bathroom is located right below the stairs. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms and full size bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Perfect for our needs

We ended up with this rental after a different host canceled us very close to the date of a wedding we were attending out of town. The neighborhood is quiet but right outside the metro area, very close to downtown Providence. The size of the house is wonderful, it was perfect for me, my husband, our four adult sons and their guests. The kitchen had most of what we needed to cook meals. Having 1.5 bathrooms was a blessing with a house full of people. I was able to easily communicate with the host and he was very responsive.

Not what we expected

Had some issues with the initial booking process, but the host helped me figure it out. Once we arrived, the pictures absolutely did more justice than in person. Not a great looking area and the house seemed very old and not updated. Beds were not comfortable and the sheets and comforters were not clean. Multiple of us had small bug bites on our bodies and we are hoping it was not from the beds. A group of 7 of us were able to fit comfortably and the location to Providence was not bad, but not sure I would stay again or recommend to others.
