The well-kept 2 room.-Apartment is on the 1st First floor and offers space for 2 people on its 54 m². The light-flooded living room has a 2-seater sofa, coffee table, two armchairs, display cabinet, satellite TV and a sideboard. From the living room you have direct access to the south-west balcony. There is a table and two chairs to enjoy the sun with a glass of wine or later enjoy the sunset. In addition to the large bed 1.80 mx 2.00 m (two individual mattresses) and its associated bedside tables with appropriate lighting, the bedroom also has a large wardrobe (with mirror, which offers sufficient storage space. The fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer. All the kitchen utensils you need to take care of yourself are available. New shower room / toilet with wash basin, mirror and towel heating. A hair dryer is also available. Hallway with cloakroom. The kitchen and bathroom are tiled, while the rest of the rooms are carpeted. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Pets are allowed on request and at an additional cost. The object is the outdoor parking space (No. 6). In the farm building (Berliner Ring 3-4) you can wash and dry your laundry (for a fee). There is a bike rack in front of the house.
