The gourmet kitchen features significant counter space and is equipped with a commercial range, double ovens, subzero refrigerator, a prep sink, and is fully stocked.! The wine and cocktail bar can hold over 50 bottles of wine. 4 spacious bedrooms, bonus room sleeping loft great for children, swimming pool, hot tub are just a few additional amenities that this custom home offers. This home is also light and bright and very spacious, a perfect floor plan!!

The spectacular backyard retreat includes chaise lounges, outdoor dining tables, built-in stainless steel gas grill, couch and lounge chairs, outdoor fireplace near primary bedroom patio, and fire pit, all perfect for entertaining family and friends.
