Our exclusive holiday home has a size of about 100 square meters and can accommodate 4 people. With its own sauna in the apartment, a wine fridge, a large fridge and an oven in the living area, this apartment offers a very special equipment. The apartment is suitable for couples, family or friends. The apartment is available to you all year round. Light-flooded windows with a view of the Baltic Sea and a modern, bright open and fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining and living area invite you to relax. There are two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own TV. The high-quality shower room with window has a floor-level shower.
There is also a separate toilet. The apartment is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating.
The approx. 35 sqm roof terrace with panoramic sea views from 3 sides invites you to relax and linger. From here you can watch both the sunrise and sunset. Pure sun all day long!
Enjoy cozy barbecues on the barbecue area of the small holiday complex after a great day on the beach or an exciting excursion into the landscape of the charming Baltic Sea coast.
Dog owners are welcome to bring their dog, because your four-legged friend will certainly feel comfortable.

On Schleswig-Holstein's only Baltic Sea island of Fehmarn, our exclusive holiday homes are located in Haus Ostseeblick, right in the village of Fehmarnsund. The apartments are located in one of the best locations right on the water with the natural beach in front of the door and with a unique view of the 'Baltic Sea.
From the apartment complex you can get to the island's capital, Burg, in about 15 minutes. In the immediate vicinity, on a campsite, there is a small supermarket and a popular restaurant. The island's golf course and one of the most famous "surf spots" in Germany, the Wulfener Hals, are only 2 km away.
