About this property

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Just a 5-10 minute walk to the community lake, lakeside restaurant, grocery store, and much more. Its spacious bedrooms, open floor plan, beautiful chef's kitchen, and numerous upgrades will make for a comfortable stay. Prime location for spring training, Super Bowl, golf enthusiasts, hikers, and bicyclists. Great opportunity for snow birds, newest members of the community waiting on their new home, or traveling nurses.

Each room boasts modern-farmhouse decor. Master bedroom with king bed includes a beautiful en-suite with shower and large soaking tub as well as a large walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are similar in size each with queen beds which share a full bathroom. Smart TV's located in the master bedroom and one of the bedrooms. Flex room includes a crib (can be converted to toddler bed), rocking chair and armoire.

Kitchen features upgraded cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, double oven, large farmhouse sink, coffee bar with Keurig and beverage fridge. 4 barstools for seating at kitchen island.

Living room and dining room are apart of the spacious open floorplan. Custom, sectional couch can easily accommodate up to 6 guests. Living room features Smart TV. Whole house surround sound and reliable Wi-Fi available.

Patio includes gas BBQ, couch, bar height bistro set, and a propane fire pit. Backyard also includes wood burning firepit with one bundle of wood provided.

Utility room includes washer and dryer for your use.

Oasis in the Desert

This property is fantastic. Nearly everything we needed for a week long stay. All we added was food. Very modern and spacious home with a fully furnished baby’s bedroom. We had a 19 month old with us and he had a ball. Even toys were provided. We came to Goodyear for Spring Training 2023 and had a great time watching baseball games at Goodyear and Surprise stadiums. There is a Safeway grocery store just down the street and numerous restaurants. Lots of hiking trails in the area both easy and challenging. I would highly recommend this property for a visit to Goodyear, AZ.

Absolutely Perfect!

Super clean, beautiful cozy furnishings, comfy beds, and quiet. It has everything you need and great outdoor space as well. Close to local Safeway, Walgreens+ more. We were very happy with our stay and look forward to returning in the future. Cheers!!
