The 43 m², comfortable 1 - room holiday apartment is on the 1st Upper floor of the newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser - Seefahrtschule Ostseebad Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations and has been renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. The Small Beach Dune is located in the Strandhaus apartment building right next to the main building. The open-plan fitted kitchen in the apartment has built-in electrical appliances, such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. Numerous kitchen utensils make the hearts of all chefs beat faster. A dining table with two chairs offers enough space for a romantic dinner. The combined living and sleeping area with access to the balcony offers a high level of comfort for two people. Enjoy the wonderful view of the gardens towards the Baltic Sea. The 6 m² balcony has a balcony table with comfortable chairs to relax. A harmonious ambience was created in the living area with selected accessories. The small sofa bed invites you to a cozy TV evening. In the sleeping area, a boxspring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) invites you to dream. The bedside cabinets with modern bedside lamps shine in a special shine. A stereo system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide media entertainment in the apartment. Free WiFi is available in the apartment, and you can access the modern bathroom via the entrance area. There you will find a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with a base cabinet. The light, sand-colored floor tiles provide the special Baltic flair. A cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are small details that are included in the bathroom. The entire holiday apartment has underfloor heating, insect protection in front of the windows and blackout curtains. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house. In just a few meters there are several shops to end the evening with a picnic on the beach. Dogs are welcome in the non-smoking apartment.
