Here is your 73m² apartment Boddenbrise, in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow, the gateway between the Baltic Sea and Bodden, in the old seafaring school. A dream for couples and families of all generations. The main building, the Alte Seefahrtschule, where your beautiful apartment is located, was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a house for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, has been renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. The apartment that was created there is furnished in a modern yacht club style. The high ceilings and selected accessories underline the friendly and spacious character of the apartment. The apartment is accessible via an elevator. Start your day with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and lagoon landscape on the 5 m² west balcony, which you can reach from the living room and one of the two bedrooms. Here you can end the evening with a glass of wine in the evening sun. The apartment Boddenbrise is a stylish and modern apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are modern and friendly in the style of a yacht club. In both bedrooms you will find freshly made box spring beds (180 cm x 200 cm) with bedside tables and bedside lamps and a wardrobe. A 32 inch TV provides entertainment in one of the bedrooms. A safe in one of the wardrobes is available for your valuables. The second bedroom is a captain's bedroom (inside) and is very conveniently separated from the living area by a sliding door. Via the hall, equipped with a wardrobe, a sideboard and a full-length mirror, you reach the large, light-flooded living-dining area. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed and two armchairs and invites you to spend pleasant moments with family or friends. The modern living area is complemented by a comfortable seating group consisting of a dining table and four chairs. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course there is free WiFi available in the apartment. The open, fully equipped, NOLTE fitted kitchen has an induction cooker with four hobs, an oven, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. In addition, the bright fitted kitchen is equipped with numerous cooking accessories and invites you to cook together. In the two bathrooms you have a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with a vanity unit. The modern, dark wall tiles and light floor tiles create a special flair.
