The 120 m², comfortable 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser - Seefahrtschule Ostseebad Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations and has been renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. The beach idyll is located in an apartment building right next to the main building. After a long day, the in-house wellness and fitness area invites you to relax. This is available to you and your accompanying guests free of charge. The wellness area has a generously equipped relaxation room, two saunas and an experience shower. In order to stay fit even on vacation, modern sports equipment is available in a fitness room. The 29 m² terrace, accessible from the living room, with various lounging and seating options is perfect to end the day with a glass of wine. From here you have a wonderful view of the dike!In the open entrance area there is a cloakroom and various storage options. From there you can directly access the spacious living and dining area. The open-plan NOLTE fitted kitchen has built-in electrical appliances such as an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher and an induction cooker. In the dining area, the large dining table offers space for the whole family. The comfortable seat shell chairs, specially selected in light tones, create a cozy atmosphere for dinner with family or friends. The light-flooded living and sleeping area is laid with a design flooring and makes the apartment appear bright and friendly. The charmingly furnished living area with its comfortable sofa bed and two armchairs invites you to spend cozy hours in front of the fireplace. A flat screen TV (50 inches) and a stereo are available for media entertainment. W-LAN is of course available free of charge. A cozy box spring bed ensures high comfort in both bedrooms. A spacious wardrobe with an integrated safe for your personal valuables and two bedside tables with associated lamps complete the room. A flat screen TV (32 inches) is also available in both bedrooms. The high-quality bathroom with shower, toilet and sink with base cabinet also has a hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and towel radiator. The floor is tiled in a warm shade of brown and creates a cozy atmosphere. The separate bathroom for guests, with toilet and sink, is located next to the entrance area. Your four-legged friend is welcome here. The apartment has underfloor heating. The in-house wellness and fitness area is available to you and your accompanying guests in the main house.
