The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete parking and a convenient covered entry. A private boardwalk takes you to sparkling white sand and turquoise waters. After a day at the beach, enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower. A fish cleaning area and park-style grill are provided for your fresh catch! Unwind and let your cares melt away in the private six-person hot tub! The open living/dining/kitchen area brings everyone together for a fabulous Island vacation. The well-appointed kitchen boasts granite counters and a breakfast Island for two. The dining table seats eight for fantastic meals, games, and puzzles. The living room enjoys amazing Gulf views with a queen sleeper sofa, a TV, and a gas fireplace to enjoy in the cooler months. Exit through sliding doors to the covered deck with chaise loungers and a staircase to the sand. The widow's walk is inaccessible. THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
