Nice vacation apartment in a former farm with communal pool, now used as a country house surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The property is located on a hill, about 8 km from Narni, in the province of Terni and offers a view over the entire Ternana Valley. At your disposal are a large fenced garden with outdoor kitchen and barbecue for pleasant outdoor meals. In addition, the property has a beautiful garden and a panoramic pool in the common areas. The apartment is located on the first floor below accommodation IUS269 and shares common areas with guests of IUS241. Parking in the lot in front of the apartment. This is an excellent starting point for excursions to the most interesting artistic places of Umbria and Tuscia Romana. Distances: The Marmore ? Waterfall 20 km; The Piediluco Lake 25 km, Todi and Viterbo 45 km; Perugia 79 km and Rome 84 km. Access to the property is by unpaved road (300 m). Table soccer for communal use. The complex is next to the house of the owner, who is occasionally on site.
