About this property

This stylish semi-detached vacation home with private pool offers everything you expect from your vacation. It is located in the pedestrian zone of a small island town and at the same time surrounded by lots of greenery. The house has many beautiful details that the owner has carefully chosen to make your vacation as pleasant as possible.
The accommodation is located on a terraced property with different levels. On the first level there is a pool for sunbathing with a beautiful view of the greenery. On the first floor there is a relaxation area with an indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi and a wine cellar where you can taste wines from the region for an extra charge. The 1st floor has a bedroom and an impressive open floor plan with living room, dining room and kitchen. The 2nd floor has a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The terraces are naturally landscaped and you will definitely enjoy more than just your first morning coffee there. Parking is available in a lot about 100 meters from the house. You can reach the house through a pedestrian zone or through a gravel road about 1000 m long.
The island of Krk is full of historical, cultural and entertainment attractions. Krk is rich in beautiful beaches, gastronomic offers and natural beauties and will delight you with its special touch.
