Ground floor: 1x bedroom with double bed, large living-dining room (for max. 8 people) with satellite TV and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc., bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

Upper floor: 1 x bedroom with two single beds, 1x bedroom with double bed, 1 x bathroom with shower and toilet.

WiFi is available in all rooms and all bedrooms have satellite TV with a flat screen TV. There is also a washing machine and dryer.

In the large, freshly landscaped garden you have various seating options and can use the grill on the terrace. In addition, various play equipment and bicycles are available on site, which you can use free of charge (if functional).
The holiday home (www. Schloss-ihrhove. De) is ideal for relaxing with the family, spending time with friends and experiencing something new.

In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home there is a large indoor children's play area, a riding hall, playgrounds, etc. In addition, the shops for daily needs (Aldi, Combi, baker etc.) are within walking distance (max. 1km). You also have the opportunity to visit various restaurants on foot in the village.
The recreational lake with its huge game, sports and fishing opportunities is only 2 km away.

Ihrhove (Westoverledingen) is approx. 10 minutes by car from the city of Leer and the city of Papenburg with the Meyer shipyard, approx. 20 minutes from the Dutch border and approx. 1 hour from the North Sea coast, between the Ems and moor areas in the east. Numerous bike and hiking trails, typical hedgerow landscapes, hydraulic structures and churches and mills characterize the holiday area

The rental of the holiday home is possible from 3 nights. During the school holidays of Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia, the minimum rental period is 5 nights.
