Villetta Shardana, feel-good house in the green, close to the sea, with a lot of comfort

The Villetta Shardana is a completely renovated house in one of the quietest and greenest locations of the Costa Paradiso. The house has a large living area with a seating area with satellite TV, a fireplace area with a bench, a dining area and an open kitchen. A corridor leads to the sleeping area of the house with a large bedroom with a four-poster bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom of the house is also located in this area. The living area leads to a large, covered veranda with an outdoor dining area. Another covered veranda is in the southwest of the house.
The house has air conditioning (with cold and hot functions) and a traditional open fireplace. The living area is tastefully decorated with two seating areas and a dining area. The channels broadcast via Astra and Hotbird can be received via satellite TV (including German, Italian and international channels). The kitchen has a dishwasher, an oven, a gas hob, a large fridge and freezer, an extractor hood with exhaust air to the outside, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and sufficient glasses, dishes and other kitchen utensils. The bathroom is light and spacious with a large shower. The beds have slatted frames and cold foam mattresses as well as mosquito nets.
In the north-east of the house there is an approx. 20 square meter covered veranda. Here is a teak dining set. Protected by the sun, enjoy your "al fresco dining". An approximately 10 square meter, also covered, veranda is available to relax in the southwest of the house. On a green, invisible terrace, there are two sun loungers for sunbathing. From this terrace you can see the sea. The southern rock garden is the fourth part of the outdoor area. This is also hidden from view between striking rock formations.
