Wonderful Spring Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect house for our vacation! The beds were amazing. The pool was very nice. The entire house was warm, and cozy, and inviting with a great layout. A huge plus was the long driveway to accommodate the golf cart and more than 2 cars! We highly recommend this house for your family's vacation!

Nice house, but some frustrating issues

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is nice and was a great fit for our large family vacation (we had 7 adults and 3 kiddos). The house was also really clean upon our arrival, which we all appreciated. Given the price of the house, there were some frustrating issues that I think anyone would want to be aware of:- the hot tub didn't heat up. We called management 5 times during our stay to get updates on the issue and when it could be resolved. It was never fixed during our stay, so we never got to use the hot tub. - the outdoor shower didn't work. it wouldn't even turn on- shower water pressure was really bad. if more than one person was taking a shower at the same time, the water came out in a trickle. very frustrating - some maintenance was lacking. there appeared to be mold growing in the upstairs master shower. you could see it on the tile. additionally, golf cart was missing a side mirror. I called Beach Habitats 30A about these issues following our stay, but no one called back. Frustrating considering how much we spent on this place.
