Girls weekend away

The property is in an older neighbourhood which felt very safe. The layout of the house is good for a girl’s weekend with 3 bedrooms - a king and ensuite and 2 queens with a shared bathroom. The beds are new and super comfortable. There is a nice pool (not heated) with floaters and it is screened in. The property is serviced by a Tampa property management company. The cleaning of the kitchen was superficial and felt like this depended on clean up from last guests as coffee grounds were left in the pot and lipstick on wine glasses. The supplies in kitchen are minimal with no drinking glasses (only coffee mugs and wine glasses), no salad or serving bowls and no corkscrew. Feedback was given on superficiality of kitchen cleaning to the property owner and property management company.

Good enough but uncomfortable beds

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood which was a plus. The pool is smaller than the photo makes it looks and is saltwater, which was a surprise. There were a very small amount of towels allowed so we did laundry a lot. Both screen doors to the pool were broken as were some blinds. The main problem/issue was the beds/bedding. All beds were memory foam of some sort but *extremely* firm, and the pillows were absolutely horrible - super puffy with no give or flat as a pancake. It was hard to get a good night's rest while being so uncomfortable. Luckily we weren't there for the house so it mostly worked for somewhere to shower and (try to) sleep. We also had to remove a small lizard from the house one day but I guess that's Florida? If you're considering this rental I recommend bringing your own pillows and extra towels!

Peaceful Neighborhood

*Impeccably clean interior. The entry lock intermittently refused to open. Upon arrival, the area around the pool was very dirty, perhaps powerwashing it would have made it look more appealing. Dirty, stained cushions on the wicker furniture by the pool. The pool service did a great job cleaning the pool once a week. The water was clear, however, due to the malfunctioning filtering circulation system, the natural elements of the dust in the air, insects etc. didn't clean the debris throughout the week. There is ample pool floats for kids to use. Just a reminder, if you are staying during the cool months, the water is too cold to swim in because the pool is not heated. Also note, if you are uncomfortable with being watched, there is a camera in the back by the pool. If you are staying longer than a week, and have a bad back, the memory foam mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The home needs insect intervention as the master bathroom & closet was full of (daily) little brown ants and the pool area had an over abundance of spiders and webs surrounding the area in numerous places. Once the insects are attended to, the house should be fine.The grill was clean and functioned well. Two Smart TV's with no live cable or satelite service; however, live streaming would be your option. The home is located in a quiet older neighborhood. Kind neighbors. Not far from stores. Close to the airport. We would consider staying here again if minor improvements were made.

Early summer break

The property has been refurbished and the inside is modern, spacious and very comfortable. The location is good with easy access to shops, restaurants and beach resorts. The kitchen facilities are basic but adequate. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and relatively modern. The only minor negative is that the garden areas and exterior of the property need some attention. Overall we had a lovely vacation and I would recommend this holiday let.

Great Family getaway

We loved the location!! Was so nice to be 20 minutes from Clearwater and Honeymoon Island. Was a very quiet neighborhood, also close to shops and plenty of restaurants. Vivian was very kind and prompt to answer any, and all questions I had. Would definitely stay again.
