Our cozy, non-smoking apartment "Sundperle-" is located on the ground floor of the main building in a prime location on Fehmarn and can accommodate 2 people. Your pets are very welcome. You will find the natural beach right on the doorstep - only separated by the garden and without a disturbing road. Bathing, surfing and extensive walks around the beach are possible. From the west-facing terrace you have a view of the Baltic Sea. In the immediate vicinity there is a small supermarket on the campsite "Miramar". The island's golf course and one of the most famous surf spots in Germany, the Wulfener Hals, are only 2 km away.

The modern and high-quality apartment is located on the ground floor and is oriented to the west. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. It has a spacious living-bedroom with a double bed, 2 armchairs and a dining table. There is a separate kitchenette for preparing breakfast.
As a special highlight, a new premium built-in sauna from Klafs is available. It is located in the lobby area of Apartments I and IA (in consultation with the tenants of the app. IA necessary to prevent overlaps in time).
From the furnished terrace with a beautiful Baltic beach basket you have a "small" sea view to the south.

Insider tip: app. I and app. IA can also be rented together very well, e.g. B. for 2 couples or families with slightly older children. So each party can enjoy their own privacy and at the same time spend the vacation together.
In this case we grant a rental discount of 10 euros / day.

The facility is located on an approximately 5,000 square meter park-like area. A private footpath leads to a barbecue area in the dunes and directly to the beach. The natural beaches are ideal for walking and swimming.
A free parking lot is located directly at the house. Our apartments are available all year round.
