Good food all around.

Everything was clean, the AC crisp, and the check in easy. This place it absolutely surrounded by restaurants that are all cheap and delicious. Breakfast birria and tacos for dinner the food around here is all incredible. The host was very helpful throughout the stay. The shower head was broken upon our arrival and he sent someone out to fix it immediately upon my letting him know. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

great place and great price

This property made for a very stay! It was well maintained, with a locked gate for a small car, a locking metal grate on front and back door, it was very secure and we felt very safe! The back area was big enough for kids to play in and open on top. The air conditioning worked great and the wifi was very fast! The only con/bad thing was ants if you accidentally left any crumbs on the floor or table. But ants are a problem in that neighborhood (my sister lives near) so not at the fault of the owners! I would definitely stay here again.

Authentic Cultural Experience

Loved the cleanliness, away from the hustle and bustle of El Centro. Very modernized, accessible to many local restaurants. Wish there would have been a few patio chairs.

Right in the middle of everything

This house was perfect for me. Many very delicious restaurants within walking distance, as well as a Chedraui grocery store. This location is perfect if you want to explore the whole bay. A quick taxi or bus ride to Centro Vallarta or north to Punta mita and Sayulita. Also lago real shopping mall is only a few minutes walk away. I actually rebooked this place for a return trip later in the month. Would definitely recommend!

Born and raised in Puerto Vallarta. Moved to Wisconsin many years but always checking back to my roots. Carpenter/builder/remodeler by day and dreamer by night. I enjoy dinning out at eateries, restaurants and bars.

Why they chose this property

In my early twenties my parents and I were looking to buy a house where I could eventually raise my own family. As it often happens plans changed and suddenly found myself living in the frozen tundra and with an extra house that someday I'd hope to return. Twenty years later finally my dream has come true and with the help of my family was able to fully renovate our home. We are proud of what we have created and hope many more families are able to enjoy Casa Torres.

What makes this property unique

The great location of Casa Torres and Valle Dorado neighborhood is what really made this the best home. Close to most everything I need. 5 minutes to Chedraui Supermarket. 1 block to Bella Pizza (Best pizza ever!!!). A few blocks to all kind of shopping imaginable 10–15-minute drive to the beach (I use to ride my bike to work in one of those resorts back in the day). 15 minute drive to the airport. 40 minute drive to downtown PV
