The apartment is non-smoking. However, the balcony offers enough open space for this.

The use of the in-house swimming pool (approx. 28 ° C, 8 x 15m) with a separate toddler pool is free of charge and only allowed for in-house guests. You can take the elevator directly to the swimming pool from the eighth floor.

The house Berolina is divided into 4 blocks, quiet and centrally located and consists of condominiums that are individually furnished by each owner and mostly rented out.

Ticketing:
After successful booking, the keys will be sent to you by registered mail. In short-term cases, however, a key handover can be set up on site. After your recovery, we look forward to your returned keys and a short feedback!

There is the possibility to book bed linen (€ 18) and towels (€ 11). The laundry package costs € 27 - talk to us! The rent plus final cleaning (€ 70.00) and tourist tax / day must be paid in advance.
