Needs TLC
The owners are nice people. They offered to lengthen our stay when we could not secure another place to stay. However, the accomodations were sub par.
The unit is two rooms with seperate air conditioners. The front room unit stopped working before our stay.
A temporary floor unit was present. The last two nights of our stay, the back room unit died and was not able to be repaired. The AC units were not effecient and the rooms were warm during the day.
The backroom walls are thin and you can hear conversations from the adjoining apartment and back yard clearly.
Our first week, we had the light in the windowlless bathroom go out. We had to shower and use the bathroom with a fllashlight. The shower backed up with water. Also, there is not a bathroom sink which makes shaving impossible.
Finally, we had bees in the apartment after the gravitated to the light at night.
Response to the issues were adressed ...eventually, but were not as timely as one would expect in a vacation rental.
On a positive note, the location is convenient to downtown Orlando and the airport. There are great resturaunts nearby and the nieghborhood has character.
