Wonderful owner, wonderful property!

My friend and I stayed here for three months for the duration of our summer internships and our stay was perfect. Omar was quick to respond whenever we reached out and always went above and beyond whenever we needed help with anything. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed in terms of kitchen and cleaning supplies and the appliances are very nice. The balcony facing the pool is a bonus and we used the gym, pool, hot tub, and fire pit frequently. Proximity to the Irvine Business Complex and the UC Irvine campus/shopping center is excellent and being close to both I-405 and Rt. 73 makes getting around super convenient. A few beach towels and board games are in the closet which was appreciated. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend this spot to anyone! Thanks Omar!

So Cal Winter

My wife and I spent three months at this unit in the Irvine business park. The unit is very nice. Really almost everything you need is there. Location is great and although it is called the business Park, in fact, it’s a very residential condominium with a beautiful setting, beautiful, pool, etc. We would be happy to stay again and I highly recommend it.
