Let’s Party!

We truly enjoyed Danika’s property! The home is very comfortable, with plenty of “elbow” room for our family group. The neighborhood is comfortable and we felt very safe while staying there. Danika is a great host and responded quickly to the few questions we had. We will certainly be back!

Roomy/Comfortable House in Nice Neighborhood

Stayed here with family for a wedding at the Dallas Arboretum. The house had plenty of room inside and a big backyard outside. There were only four of us but the house could easily accommodate more. Everything was clean and in good working order and check-in was no problem. In addition to being close to the Arboretum, there is a shopping center nearby with a grocery store and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area!!!

Gracious extension of home

This was an idyllic place for extended family members visiting for a reunion. Only regret was that due to short, activity-filled visit, didn’t have chance to fully enjoy this tranquil place with sweet outdoor space. Thankful to find it, appreciate our helpful host, and hope to refurn.

Great gem

Danika’s property was very enjoyable. She was quick to respond to the questions that I had and was very helpful. The place is cute - my wife loved it and said she would have loved to live there. It was very clean and the location was perfect for us. Overall, I highly recommend and would stay there again. Thanks Danika!!

Awesome property!

This home is so cozy and well appointed. Enough room for our family of 5 to be comfortable. The backyard is large enough for your dog to run, and the lighting is a fun touch so you can be outside after dark. The neighborhood is very quiet and quaint. Thank you for an awesome home while our house was being renovated!

Great stay appropriate 20 min from downtown.

1st I have to say the host was very nice and responsive to questions . She helped me with a check in/out time issue. I will be forever grateful! The property was very clean! Neighborhood was quiet! I was able to bring my dog which was awesome! The backyard was nice and relaxing and great for my dog to run around in. Everything was updated . Comfy beds!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood

We had a great six days at this house while attending our nephew's wedding. It is roomy for five adults and one 10 year old and clean (but the towels have seen better days). The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and is close to the Casa Linda Plaza (Albertsons, Elliott's Hardware, and many restaurants.) The kitchen is perfect for cooking a full family meal. We loved the farmhouse sink, the movable island, and the convection oven. All other appliances worked well. We did not get to enjoy the backyard due to too many wedding events, but it is nice and big. Communication felt slow & frustrating at first. We received the check-in instructions only a couple of hours before check-in time, but once we got the instructions, Danika was readily available. An app controls the door locks if you want to download it and make an account. If not, there is a lockbox with a physical key. We loved the next-door neighbor's cat "Meatball," who is very friendly and sweet and loves belly rubs. Thank you, Danika, for a great stay!

Great house in a great neighborhood

My wife, daughter and I stayed here while visiting friends over Thanksgiving. The house is exactly as advertised and the owner was very responsive and helpful the few times we needed help.

Fair weekend

Excellent property. The description undersold the back yard. Great area for the kids to run around and play. I would defiantly rent here in the future, no complaints on my end.

Review cancellation policy

If renters aren’t allowed to cancel after a certain time then owners shouldn’t be either. My reservation was cancelled within hours of Checkin. Had this be me cancel I would have lost the money I paid or at least a percentage. I was refunded but they weren’t required to pay me an inconvenience fee because I had to hustle and find another place to stay. Ended up costing me $300 more bc it was same day reservation during a big event in town.
