Night Owl is a brand-new luxury cabin located within the new division Cedar Hills. This stunning cabin is nestled deep in a secluded cul-de-sac and situated directly in front of a tree farm, providing seclusion and amazing views of nature from the comfort of the back porch.

As you walk in the door you are greeted with a culinary kitchen and walls of windows. The open floor plan makes it easy for the whole family to be together while eating, playing games, or relaxing in front of the stone fireplace. The kitchen features quartz counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances (including a wine fridge). There are 2 king suites, with individual bathrooms featuring spacious vanities, a soaking tub, and walk-in showers. Each bedroom also features 55-inch smart TVs. One king bedroom is located downstairs, one is located upstairs.
Upstairs you will also find a loft that many can enjoy a board game, puzzle and/or poker. The downstairs bunk room offers an ample opportunity for fun and competition with a game console and foosball. There is ample sleeping located in the bunk room, here you will find two twin over twin built in bunk beds each with a pull out trundle. Night Owl also features 2 sleeper sofas, one in the bunk room and 1 in the living room.

Outdoor living is key at Night Owl with many fun games including yard Yahtzee, corn-hole, and horseshoes. Step outside to a large porch that faces the thick, lush tree farm with a good book and/or a beverage of choice. There you will find a cozy place to sit in front of the beautiful outdoor gas-log fireplace. The propane grill and outdoor dining table are perfect to prepare and enjoy meals with friends or family. And, you can soak in a large hot tub situated in front of the outdoor TV and fireplace. In addition, a stone fire pit for roasting s'mores and a play structure are certainly kids’ favorites. Birthday/Graduation get away!

The Night Owl is a beautiful home fully stocked with everything we needed for a short birthday and graduation weekend. The management company was excellent to work with and made sure everything was perfect. We all agreed that we would love to just live there. Hiking was close by with many other local activities. The cabin was beautifully decorated inside and out. The girls all had a fantastic time. We will definetely be back.

Beautiful cabin

Our family had the pleasure of staying at the cabin for spring break. Our college kids and friends thoroughly enjoyed the bunk room. The cabin is beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful cabin was lots of fun for our group of 11. Loved the open play area in the back and we gathered around the fire pit every night. Hot tub and kitchen also got plenty of use.

Beautiful cabin but.....

This cabin was awesome but shortly after leaving the property manager called us because of a couch arm that was broken prior to our arrival. She didn't want to hear it and blamed it on me! Luckily we had a video of walking in the cabin. Obviously the property manager should take some time to manage the property instead of depending on the cleaning crew to update her on the state of the house. We brought also 2 dogs and were charge 260 because in her words they scratch the floor(it's concrete) and windows, they did neither of those things. So beautiful place just photograph and video everything when you first get there or they will try to charge you for everything. Won't stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Night Owl. We had a girls weekend and the place was perfect for the 8 of us. We enjoyed the porch, fire pit and all the fireplaces !It was nice to have 3 full bathrooms and the kitchen island was great for laying out our charcuterie board.
