About this property

Impeccable location on St. Augustine Beach. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need to relax and enjoy St. Augustine. Tastefully decorated and stocked with all the amenities needed to make memories of a lifetime. Enjoy the Master Bedroom with walk-in shower and garden soaking tub. Guest bedrooms have a queen size bed and 2 twin beds along with Flat Screen TVs. in each room. Beach chairs, beach wagon, and beach towels are provided. There is reserved parking for one vehicle and 2 spare parking passes for guests. The view from the balcony includes the lake and pool.

Reservation will include a $55.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required. We will send you the information if you wish to opt out of the Damage Protection Plan and pay for a refundable security deposit.

Spring Break Getaway

I took my family to St Augustine for Spring Break. The property was a short walk away from the beach and several restaurants which made it perfect for a family vacation. The property was clean and exactly as it is portrayed on VRBO. Having booked through VRBO I had trouble seeing the trip in my app but was able to work out the arrangements with the management company directly.

Great Property & Great Location

We loved it here! The unit was all we could have wanted and the utility collapsible wagon was great. The units location to the pool and beach was great. The walkability to the donut shop (a MUST) restaurants and ice cream shops was a plus. Everyone we met at the pool were so very nice and welcoming and offered great places to visit. Our young grandkids lived 1/2 hour away and it was great to host them in the pool and condo ... a whole lots of memories were created. Communication with management team was very easy and quick. We will definitely rent again!!
