The space
Every inch has been completely renovated and comprises of an open plan living and dining, Master bedroom with king size bed and smart TV, second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with two full beds. There is a full bathroom with on-demand tankless water heater, beautifully renovated kitchen with full size appliances and washer and dryer. For outside space there is a deck off the kitchen, along with a very large fenced in back yard.

This home is a purpose built duplex property and this is the upper unit. Both the lower and upper units have dedicated and completely separate entrances, creating a divided and self-contained space. This is not a in-law or garage apartment as is customary in these traditional neighborhoods.
