This 1 BR/1 BA is perfect for couples and solo travelers looking to relax after a long day of fishing or exploring the beautiful nearby beaches and attractions.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for any meal at home to include a Keurig Coffee maker (we provide a starter amount of Keurig coffee, creamer and sugar), Oven, Microwave, Utensils, Cookware, etc.

The Living Room is perfect for two and consists of all new furniture, table/chairs, Smart TV and an attached patio to relax on the covered porch.

The Bedroom has a Queen size bed, Smart TV and has plenty of storage for all clothes and belongings during your stay.

The hallway bathroom has a walk-in shower/sink and we supply soap, shampoo, lotion, body wash and a hair dryer.

The outdoor seating areas are great for relaxing in the morning with coffee or after a long day at the beach!! Enjoy late night conversations next to the charcoal fire pit under the stars!

A Charcoal BBQ Pit is also located by the porch for guest use (charcoal/lighter fluid not provided).

A purified/filtered water cooler is also available for all guests to use during their stay.
