If you wish to stay somewhere extremely clean with an owner that's really talented about cooking, serving coffee and being your personal tour guide, and if you dont like much items in the home, you're in the right place.

20 mins to M1 metro line, 10 mins to T4 tram line, 5 mins to 32-32M-32T-36M bus stops, 10-15 mins away to GOP hospital, there's also 6 different minibus lines around going to variety destinations in istanbul, everything you may need for shopping or other needs is maximum 10 minutes away from the home itself, cleaning is done for the home EVERY DAY, the owner is 7/24 there for you to compensate every need you may ask for including full room service and city tour guide services. House is full of peace

Best accodomation feels Like Home

Okay I promise my review is not payed 😂 this is just our personal experience So me and my family booked this apartment for 10 days in december 2022. We really had the best time in Istanbul. The owner was always very friendly and helpful. So the apartment is not the most luxurious one but the most important aspect is that it was clean and we had all we need. Own rooms, toilets, Hair dryer, kitchen and dishwasher etc. So you have everything like in your own home. Once you get to know the neighborhood around it gets easier to use public transport and reach different places in Istanbul. Foodshops and nice restaurants to have turkish breakfast/dinner or shisha are all within walking distance. The apartment is located in a safe and quiet area. All in all we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, big part was that the owner helped us a lot. He guided us places to visit, made us coffee and we had many good talks all together. 😁 So if you plan to visit Istanbul, I recommend booking this apartment.

What makes this property unique

There will be special things additionally going to be provided to students below the age of 30, to people who have come to istanbul for taking a treatment about their serious health issues (cancer, surgery, etc and also to their relatives). So as long as if you have ANY document that's going to prove (before and during the check-in time) that you're either a student, patient or relatives of the patient, you will benefit from it.
