Apartment close to Laureles neighborhood has 3 bedrooms, modern and spacious with great lighting, large living room and different elements that will provide the comfort you want. 7 people (6th and 7th person sleep in a sofa bed), we comply with Colombian regulations; check the house rules.
You can have tv, wifi, washing machine, equipped kitchen, work area, air conditioning, sofa bed, dining room with chairs and other amenities. We have 3 bedrooms, the first with a double bed, a night table, a built-in closet, a window and private bathroom; the second with 2 single beds, a night table, 2 built-in closets, a window and private bathroom, and the last with a single bed, a night table and a small window overlooking the corridor.

In case you need to use the washing machine during your stay, you can coordinate in advance the access requesting it to the cleaning lady, the washing area is common, it is located on the second floor of the building, you must bring your own detergent.
It is located near the public transportation network of Metroplus Fátima station and important places of interest in Medellín such as the Pueblito Paisa and the Unicentro shopping mall.
