Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 bathrooms, and sleeping arrangements for 8 guests, this Caribbean-style villa is a fantastic size and layout for families, couples, or friends escaping to paradise together.
As you take the beautiful staircase upstairs there are 2 King and 1 Twin (2 twin beds) bedrooms. One King offers an En-Suite with walk-in closet, bath with a travertine shower and private water closet and private balcony. The 2nd King and 3rd twin share a spacious walk-in tiled shower.
The guest house is spacious with a queen bed, private bath with tub/shower combo. The guest house is in the back of the main home in the courtyard with a relaxing fountain and plenty of room to relax and a BBQ grill to grill your catch of the day!
There is a 4-passenger golf cart included with your stay and Caribe offers 2 pools, 2 beach accesses, private lake, tennis & pickle ball court.
Villa La Bella is the perfect choice for your beach getaway, a quiet vacation retreat with family or special gathering of friends.
*Beach chairs (2) & 1 umbrella included.
*Per HOA only eight (8) people (including children) can stay in this home. If you violate the policy, you will be evicted and given no refund.
*Must be 25 years or older to rent this property
*No RV's, boats, trailers or motorcycles allowed.
