NEW and BRIGHT 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse in Central Abbotsford. This beautifully decorated home features a large modern, fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts of a luxurious home including air conditioning, electric heating, fireplace and 2 ensuite bedrooms. A single car garage and carport (room for 2 vehicles) is included in your stay. Conveniently and centrally located!!! Steps away from stores and restraunt, and close to Abbotsford’s hospital and airport. Sleeps 6.

Our place is great for small families and couples. We are about a 7min drive from the Abbotsford airport and a 1 hour drive from YVR airport. This is an entire townhome, no tenants or owners live on site.

Our home is not suitable for any parties or events and it will not be tolerated so please do not book if that is your intention.

This home is convenientally situated in Central Abbotsford. Shops and restaurants are steps away and transit is also walking distance. Abbotsford Regional Hospital is a 2min drive away and Abbotsford Airport is only a 10min drive away. Enjoy the heart of Abbotsford and the homey charms of the Fraser Valley.

No use of visitors parking please.

If stay includes a Thursday morning please bring the garbage and recycling out.
A security deposit of CAD 300 will be held on your credit card used to book as a deposit for potential damages incurred on the property during your stay.

Family reunion gem

We were in Abbotsford to visit family, but the house was full! This property was excellent - the contact with the owner, the lovely townhouse itself, and the unbeatable location. In all, it made for a wonderful stay for 3 adults and a two-year-old. The owner was easy to contact and responses were prompt and informative. The property is a gem! It is a very well-maintained and well-appointed townhouse that has all that you would need for a stay in the Abbotsford area. The location is superb - around the corner and across the street to the wonderful walking paths (and playgrounds) around Mill Lake. There were also all of the necessary items needed for a stay with a young child - a playpen, highchair, and a small assortment of toys and books. These were so much appreciated! Thank you to our host. We look forward to our next stay at this property.
